My dad hated crying so I have tr...I totally agree! My dad hated crying so I have trouble doing it, but I absolutely need the "release." So when I feel things building up, like they are now, I usually watch a movie I know will have me crying. Once that starts it, I can purge all that emotion. The last movie I saw that really helped me get it all out was We Are Marshall.<BR/><BR/>Anyway, just my little tip. Watch a sad movie and get it all out.
